Based in Willis, Texas, and serving the greater Texas area, Novak Woodworks is a custom handmade woodworking business built on craftsmanship, precision, and a genuine love for working with wood.
Today Colby creates custom epoxy river tables, outdoor furniture sets, live-edge wood slab tables, bars, and more — each piece made to order. The shop runs a full CNC setup for precise measurements and flawless accuracy, but Colby has never lost the personal touch that got him here.

Where tradition meets technology
Our shop in Willis, Texas is built for serious custom work. At the heart of it is a large-format CNC router capable of cutting sheets up to 5×10 feet — letting us execute complex inlays, flawless curves, and repeatable precision that would take weeks by hand.
But the CNC is a tool, not a replacement. Every piece still passes through human hands for sanding, finishing, fitting, and final inspection. The machine gives us precision; the craftsman gives it soul.

Our CNC isn't just for production speed — it's for unlocking designs that can't be done any other way. Intricate geometric inlays, custom-profiled edges, perfect-fitting butterfly keys, and complex 3D carving all start on the machine.
