Step 02
We Design & Quote
- We create a detailed design drawing showing proportions, materials, and joinery — you'll see exactly what you're getting.
- We hand-select your slabs or boards at the mill, matching grain pattern and character to your piece.
- You'll receive an itemized, transparent quote. No surprises, no hidden fees. Typical turnaround: 3–5 business days.
Step 03
We Build It By Hand
- Your piece enters our build queue. Most projects take 6–10 weeks depending on complexity and finish.
- We combine traditional hand-tool craftsmanship with our large-format CNC for inlays, complex curves, and precision joinery.
- You'll get progress photos along the way so you can watch your piece come to life.
Step 04
Delivery & Installation
- We deliver your piece personally — white-glove, inside your home, exactly where it belongs.
- We handle all setup, leveling, and final inspection on-site. Not done until you're smiling.
- We'll walk you through care instructions so your piece ages beautifully for generations.
